1. Overview of the Programme
The Gas Engineer Software Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”) is designed to reward affiliates for referring new customers to Gas Engineer Software through their unique affiliate links. By joining the Programme, affiliates agree to promote Gas Engineer Software in a fair and honest manner, adhering to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility and Participation Requirements
Eligibility: The Programme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have an established online presence, including influencers, bloggers, content creators, and other individuals with relevant industry followings.
Application Approval: Gas Engineer Software reserves the right to approve or reject any application for the Programme at its discretion.
Account Set-Up: Approved affiliates must set up an account on the Gas Engineer Software Affiliate Dashboard to access their unique referral link and track their earnings.

3. Affiliate Payment Structure
£50 Payment for Monthly Plan Referrals:

Affiliates will earn £50 for each new customer who subscribes to the Monthly Plan via the affiliate’s referral link and remains subscribed for at least six (6) consecutive months.
Payment will be issued at the end of the six-month period if the referred customer has remained in good standing.
£100 Payment for Annual Plan Referrals:

Affiliates will earn £100 for each new customer who subscribes to the Annual Plan via the affiliate’s referral link.
Payment will be issued immediately upon successful verification of the referred customer’s annual subscription, with no further payments if the customer renews beyond the first year.
Lifetime Limit: Payments are one-time only for each new customer referral, and do not recur beyond the initial qualifying period or year.

4. Tracking and Attribution
Referral Links: Affiliates must use their unique referral links provided by Gas Engineer Software for tracking purposes. Failure to use the correct referral link may result in lost commissions.
Cookie Duration: A 30-day cookie period applies, meaning the affiliate will receive credit for any qualifying subscription within 30 days of the referral link click, provided no other affiliate link was clicked by the referred customer.
Non-Attributable Sales: If a sale cannot be tracked to a specific affiliate (e.g., due to customer privacy restrictions or technical issues), Gas Engineer Software will not attribute that sale to any affiliate or issue payment.

5. Prohibited Activities
Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not make false claims, promises, or misrepresent the features or capabilities of Gas Engineer Software.
Spamming: Affiliates may not use unsolicited mass email, messaging, or SMS to promote Gas Engineer Software. All promotional activities must adhere to GDPR and other applicable regulations.
Paid Advertising on Branded Keywords: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on “Gas Engineer Software” or similar brand-specific terms in paid search engine advertising campaigns.
Fraudulent Activities: Affiliates may not use their own referral code to earn commissions on their purchases or artificially inflate referrals through fraudulent means. Repeat referees are also prohibited.

6. Content Guidelines and Brand Integrity
Accurate Representation: Affiliates should provide accurate information about Gas Engineer Software’s features, pricing, and functionality. All content should reflect Gas Engineer Software’s current offerings and benefits.
Compliance with Marketing Standards: Affiliates should disclose their affiliate relationship with Gas Engineer Software clearly in compliance with ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines in the UK.
Use of Marketing Materials: Affiliates may use banners, images, and other marketing materials provided by Gas Engineer Software but must not alter, modify, or misrepresent any assets.

7. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule: Payments will be issued at the end of each calendar month (6-month retention or immediate payment for annual plan referrals). Payments will be made via bank transfer.
Tax Obligations: Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations related to their earnings. Gas Engineer Software is not responsible for withholding any taxes on behalf of affiliates.

8. Termination of Participation
Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Programme at any time by notifying Gas Engineer Software in writing.
Termination by Gas Engineer Software: Gas Engineer Software reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the Programme for breach of these Terms or any other reason at its discretion. Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of breach.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer be eligible to earn commissions. However, if the affiliate has accumulated unpaid commissions for qualifying referrals, these will be paid according to the standard payment schedule, provided there was no breach of Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Gas Engineer Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate’s participation in the Programme.
Gas Engineer Software does not guarantee continuous or error-free access to the affiliate dashboard and is not responsible for potential tracking issues that may arise.

10. Modifications to the Programme
Gas Engineer Software reserves the right to modify the Programme’s terms, structure, or payment rates at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
Continued participation in the Programme following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By joining the Gas Engineer Software Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
