Will my schedule be accessible offline?
Yes. Anything on your schedule will be visible even if you lose internet connection. Any udpates made either on your end of your team’s will sync across when you’re next online.
Who has access to the schedule?
If you work in a larger team, you can set access rights so engineers only see the jobs relevant to their work. They’ll be able to make edits and changes to these jobs only, while admin staff and managers can be given greater oversight.
How do the live updates work?
Our calendar functions in the same way as, for example, Google Calendar. Any time an update is made from a user’s device, it is synced across the cloud and shared with all other users.
How does a booked job connect with my customer and property information?
When creating a new calendar appointment, you’ll be prompted to add it to a specific customer profile, and then property address. This link acts as a string through your entire database of customer details.
You can search for jobs by looking at specific customers or addresses (and vice-versa) because everything is interlinked.
