Yes. Each GES user is given a role, and roles control access — for example engineers can see their own jobs and create certificates but won't see company financials, while admin staff get the full picture. You set this once per role.

You can deactivate a user in seconds from Settings → Users. Their completed jobs, certificates and notes stay on the system so your records are never lost — only their access is removed. This frees up a user license which you can give to another, new user, or cancel.

Yes. As soon as you assign or move a job it's pushed to that engineer's phone with the address, appointment time and full job sheet — no phone call needed, and the office sees the update in real time too.

Yes. Everyone works from one connected calendar that syncs across all devices in real time. Note that engineers will only see events assigned to them, unless they are granted admin access rights.
