What happens to all my existing quotes & invoices if I go paperless?
The short answer – nothing!

The only thing automated payment reminders need to work is an invoice issued through Gas Engineer Software. For an invoice to be issued, you’ll also have to enter in basic customer details.
In the background, the software keeps tabs on invoices that haven’t yet been paid. After a certain time, which you can set in the app’s settings, an email or SMS reminder is automatically sent to the customer.
You can also customise the content of this email or even turn it off for specific customers.
